Restore a member’s access to your team

This process is for team owners or admins helping a member who can’t log in to their original account because they:

  • No longer have access to the email linked to their account.
  • Have already tried resetting their password and other recovery methods.
  • Still need access to team content.

This only helps your team member regain access to your specific team and its designs. It won't restore access to other teams they may have belonged to with their original account.

For Organizations, refer to Troubleshooting SSO errors or contact your organization admin for assistance.

Make sure that the team member has tried account recovery steps to recover their original account first before proceeding with this workaround.
