Create real estate listings in Canva
Listings help real estate professionals add, save, and reuse property details in Canva designs. Enter a property’s details once, then apply them across the designs in your property campaign instead of retyping them each time.
With Listings, you can add and manage:
- Property facts - address, beds, baths, parking, square footage, lot size, and agent details.
- Photos and descriptions - upload property photos, and use Canva AI to help draft your property description.
- Reusable information - save a listing, review and edit its details, and use it across a property campaign.
You can review the information before adding it to a design, then adjust the content to fit your layout, audience, and publishing needs.

Add and use a listing
When you open a real estate template, Listings opens automatically. If it doesn’t, follow the steps below to open Listings from the editor.
- From the editor side panel, go to Apps.
- Search and select Listings.
- Select Add a listing.
- Upload property photos.
- Fill in the property details. Tip: In the Description field, write your own property description, or select Generate to draft one with Canva AI. To get a different version, select Generate again.
- Add agent details.
- Review the property information.
- Add the property details to your design:
- Manually (Available to Canva Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise): Drag and drop the details and photos you need into your design.
- With Autofill (Available to Canva Pro, Business, and Enterprise): Select Apply to design to fill your property details into the matching fields in your design.
- Select Add templates as new pages to save and reuse your property details in your designs.
Edit listing details
- Change a photo: In Media, remove the photo you no longer want,, then upload or choose a new photo from Canva or drag and drop a new photo into the design.
- Edit property details: Select the field you want to change (for example, the property name or description) and update it, then select Apply to design.
- Update the agent profile: Scroll to the Agent, update the details, then select Apply to design.
